Fixed Rate Mortgages 'with effect from August 2017'

Do you prefer a mortgage where your payments will not change for a specific time?  Yes….. then this type of product could be suitable for you.

 

Fixed rates to choose from:

  • 2.19% fixed until 31.12.2020, then changing to our Home Mortgage Variable Rate currently 3.75%, for the rest of the mortgage term. The overall cost for comparison is 3.6% APRC (based on a £100,000 mortgage over 25 years). No fees with this mortgage .  For lending up to 90% loan to value  (LTV).
  • 1.99% fixed until 31.12.2020, then changing to the Home Mortgage Variable rate, currently 3.75%. The overall cost for comparison is 3.6% APRC.(based on a £100,000 mortgage over 25 years). £999 arrangement fee. For lending up to 80% loan to value (LTV)
  • 1.75% fixed until 30.9.2019, then changing to the Home Mortgage Variable rate, currently 3.75%.  The overall cost for comparison is 3.5% APRC.(based on a £100,000 mortgage over 25 years). £999 arrangement fee.   For lending up to 80% loan to value (LTV)
  • 1.89% fixed until 30.9.2019, then changing to the Home Mortgage Variable rate, currently 3.75%. The overall cost for comparison is 3.6% APRC.(based on a £100,000 mortgage over 25 years). £799 arrangement fee. For lending up to 90% loan to value (LTV)

 Features & Benefits 

  • Free standard valuation up to £250 (this is only available to new customers)
  • For First Time Buyers only, applications for 90% Loan to Value may be considered
  • For house purchases or re-mortgages up to £250,000 the maximum loan is 85% of the value of the property, minimum deposit 15%.
  • In the event of the mortgage being repaid in full during the fixed rate period, an early repayment charge of 2% of the initial loan amount applies in the first year, and 1% early repayment charge for the remaining of the fixed rate duration
  • For lending between £250,000 and £500,000 the minimum deposit is 20%
  • Minimum loan £50,000
  • After the fixed periood has finished, you have the option of making an overpayment each year, up to 10% of the outstanding balance (minimum £1,000). An administration fee of £25 will be charged per partial payment.
