What Happens Next? (i-bank) Once your application is received by us it will be processed and we will register you and provide you with all the relevant documentation within 10 working days. You will receive a letter from us with your Customer ID and details on how to use i-bank, you will also receive your first time access code under separate cover. For joint applications you will each receive the same Customer ID, but will receive different first time access codes, and you will only be able to view accounts that you are authorised to access. Access the link www.reliancebankltd.com and select i-bank log-in from the drop down box. Enter your customer ID (Case sensitive 0 = zero) and first time access code. You will then be prompted to input answers to your security questions. It is important that you remember these and the case you used (upper or lower font). You should now have access to the system. |
