What Happens Next? (i-bank) Once your application is received by us it will be processed and we will register you and provide you with all the relevant documentation within 10 working days. You will receive a letter from us with your Customer ID, MSE Authentication Code and details on how to use i-bank, you will also receive your activation code under separate cover. For joint applications you will each receive the same Customer ID, MSE Authentication Code but you will receive a different 'Activation Code'. You will only be able to view accounts that you are authorised to access. You should now have all the necessary information to access the system.
