Salary Banding £22,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working pattern
8.30am to 4.15 pm – Monday to Friday

Role Profile
To assist in providing crucial administrative support for two key initiatives which are important to the bank’s operational excellence and performance.
Accountabilities
• Confident telephone manner and the ability to take high volume of calls whilst maintaining a high level of service
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Gather customer feedback and share with Project Manager
• Escalation of complex customer queries and escalated customer complaints to the Project Manager
