Chief Financial Officer

Introduction
As Chief Financial Officer, Nikki Fenton is responsible for protecting the financial strength of the Bank and ensuring that the prudential requirements of the regulator are met at all times. She oversees treasury, accounting, financial reporting and financial control functions.

Nikki serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and is also the Bank’s Company Secretary. Nikki oversees the long-term financial strategy supporting the profitable growth of the Bank and supports the Bank’s transformation programme through improving financial systems, controls and capital planning.

Past experience
With more than 23 years of financial experience. Nikki was most recently Chief Financial Officer at Unity Trust Bank where she worked for over 5 years, transforming a small ethical bank. She had previously held roles at Coventry Building Society, InterContinental Hotels Group plc and KPMG. Nikki is a Chartered Accountant, Associate Member of the Corporate Treasurers Association and has a degree in Mathematics and French.
