Tell us and we’ll remember
If you are experiencing a situation that’s affecting the way you manage money due to a vulnerability, we may be able to help. You only need to tell us ‘Once’ and then we’ll add a note to your account, so you won’t have to tell us again.

When we record information about you, we will only do so with your consent, we will tell you how we intend to use the information. Remember you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Finances can be a struggle
If money is a bit of a struggle for you at the moment, you’re not alone. The last couple of years have been difficult for a lot of people and the cost-of-living increases have contributed to that.

We understand that talking about your finances is not easy, but we’re here to help. If you’ve missed a payment, or you think you might, we can help. Just get in touch with us and we will do what we can to help you.
