Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays:
We are open 8:30am to 4:15pm.

Wednesdays:
We are open 10am to 4:15pm.

Lost or Stolen cards

If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately on 020 7398 5410. Our dedicated support line is available 24/7 only for customers to report their card lost or stolen. Our team is here to assist you promptly.

Holiday Closure Updates

We wish to inform you that on Wednesday 24th December 2025 we will close at 12 noon which will be the cut off for outbound payment instructions.

For that reason, if you have any forthcoming payments such as the payment of staff salaries you could either reschedule them to Tuesday 23^rd or the morning of Wednesday 24^th December 2025, otherwise these will be paid on the first working day in between the festivities – Monday 29^th December 2025.

Whilst Digital Banking will continue to be available throughout the festive period, we wish to inform you that if you submit payment requests on Digital Banking outside of working hours they will be processed in the morning of the next working day.

• Wednesday, 24th December 2025 – We will close at 12noon which will be the cut off for outbound payment instructions
• Thursday, 25th December 2025 – Closed
• Friday, 26th December 2025 – Closed
• Thursday, 1st January 2026 – Closed

Please note on all other days, our opening times will be as usual: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am to 4.15pm and Wednesday 10am to 4.15pm.
