Ways we can help
We want to make banking accessible and so there are many ways we can help you with that. If you need us to adapt the way we communicate then there are ways we can do this. We can help by changing the font size in our emails and letters. Ask us for alternative formats and other features if you’re blind or partially sighted. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment, we can help making banking easier.

Let us know about your individual needs and we can tailor our services to better support you.

We have tools to help you

We offer Braille, large print, coloured paper and audio CD statements free of charge. If you need one or more of these services, you can speak to a member of our customer experience team on 020 73985400.
