Justin joined the Board of Directors in 2019 in order to link the bank’s business objectives with delivering positive social impact in society through his experience of audit, risk and compliance.

Justin is Chair of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee.

“We’ve been supporting charities and organisations with a social purpose ever since the founder of The Salvation Army set up the bank in 1890. The bank has delivered great customer service to many charity customers over the years and I am keen to see this continue.”

Justin has thirty years of financial services audit, risk and compliance experience. He is Chief Operating Officer at a global financial services organisation, Non-Executive Chair of the Board of AQA Education and a governor at a large secondary school academy.  Justin holds degrees from Imperial College, London and Durham University, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
