Robert Lister
Robert Lister was previously a Non-Executive Director for the Salvation Army International Trust Company (our Shareholder) and became a Non-Executive Director for Reliance Bank in 2025 as a Shareholder Representative. Robert has a strong track record in Non-Executive roles and extensive experience in senior management in the global financial services sector. Robert brings an outstanding capacity for strategic thinking in an ethical context, and a keen understanding of regulatory governance in order to help the delivery of Reliance Bank’s strategy.

Past experience:
Robert has enjoyed a career in the global financial sector spanning 42 years. Robert held the position of Global Head of Equities at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Global Head of European Equities at Barclays de Zoete Wedd.
Robert is also a Non-Executive for Integrafin Holdings PLC. He holds a Classics degree from New College Oxford and a Masters from the Institute of Advanced Studies London.
